Axis promotes Geller to head of wholesale financial lines in North America
Axis Capital has promoted Christina Geller (pictured) to head of wholesale financial lines in North America, expanding her leadership responsibilities across the company’s commercial and financial institutions business in the region.
Geller previously served as head of wholesale financial institutions and will report to John Van Decker, head of global financial lines.
In her new role, Geller will be responsible for developing and delivering the strategy for long-term profitable growth across Axis’s North American wholesale commercial and financial institutions business.
Geller has spent a combined 18 years in senior underwriting and leadership positions at Axis, serving at the company from 2005 to 2012 and from 2013 to the present. She also previously held management liability underwriting roles at AIG and CNA Insurance.
