We want to hear from you on DEI

Bermuda re/insurers are increasingly focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, recognising that their workforces should reflect the communities they serve.

But they also recognise that diverse outlooks and approaches make for greater innovation and enterprise. Put simply, the greater the diversity of the workforce, the better the ideas and thinking that is brought to the table.

Following the success of Talent Month in April, Bermuda:RE+ILS will focus on DEI in June in conjunction with its popular and longstanding Women in Hamilton feature.

To get a better understanding of the state of DEI in the Bermuda re/insurance industry, Bermuda:Re+ILS is conducting a survey to measure how committed companies are, and to learn what more needs to be done.

Obviously, we need to hear from as many people as possible – and it will only take a few minutes to fill in the survey and give us a better understanding of the progress that has been made and what more needs to be done. Just click here – and please share it with your friends as well!
