Everest Insurance opens office in Texas

Bermuda-based Everest Re Group is opening an Everest Insurance office in Houston, Texas, as part of its plan to strengthen its presence in the Southern region, and in particular, in the so-called energy corridor.

Everest Insurance now has 17 offices across North America.

“We continue to build out the Everest Insurance platform with a focus on accumulating the best industry talent,” said Jonathan Zaffino, president of Everest Insurance.

“We are excited to establish a hub office for Everest Insurance in the South, and to welcome several new colleagues to the Everest Insurance Houston team. We look forward to bringing our many existing capabilities, along with our growing portfolio of product solutions to clients and brokers throughout the region.”
