Allied World appoints former Endurance Bermuda SVP

Allied World Assurance Company Holdings has appointed Dale Chow as senior vice president (SVP) of professional lines, for Allied World Bermuda.

In this role, Chow will be responsible for the strategic direction, management, marketing and underwriting of Allied World Bermuda’s professional lines, which include primary and excess directors and officers, fiduciary, financial institutions, primary employment practices liability, cyber liability, wage and hour and errors and omissions.

Mike McCrimmon, branch manager at Allied World Bermuda, said: “Dale has been a respected figure within the Bermuda market for over a decade and brings a depth of experience like no other. We look forward to him joining the team.”

Chow has over 23 years of experience with management, professional and transactional lines of business.

Prior to Allied World, Chow worked at Endurance Insurance Bermuda, where he served as a SVP within the professional lines division.

Prior to Endurance, he worked at Chubb in Vancouver, Canada.
