Private Equity firm recruits Marc Lieberman

Boutique strategic advisory and private equity firm Huntington Partners LLP has hired former Transamerica Life president Marc Lieberman. He joins the firm as a partner responsible for the Americas.

Huntington’s head office is in Singapore, and it has associates throughout Asia and Europe. The business focuses on mergers, acquisitions and divestments in the re/insurance industry.

After almost five years with the business, Lieberman retired from high net worth life insurer Transamerica Life Bermuda (TLB) at the end of 2020. His career has also seen him serve as CEO of MetLife Australia, Hartford Life Limited and ING New Zealand. After his retirement from TLB, Lieberman founded Las Vegas-based SOHI Ventures LLC, a venture capital and advisory firm focused on the insurance and financial services industries.
