Chairman of Enstar’s risk committee to step down

Sandra Boss will step down from the board of directors at Enstar Group on April 1, 2020, to pursue a full-time executive role with another company.

Boss has been a director of Enstar since November 2015 and serves as chair of the risk committee and member of the compensation committee and nominating and governance committee.

Hitesh Patel, an independent director who has served on enstar’s board since 2015, will assume the chairmanship of the risk committee.

Bob Campbell, Enstar’s chairman, described Boss as “the driving force behind the formation of the risk committee, which has greatly enhanced our board’s oversight of risk.”

Enstar is a multi-faceted insurance group that offers capital release solutions and specialty underwriting capabilities. It claims to have acquired 100 companies and portfolios since its formation in 2001.
