Willis Bermuda poaches Allied World COO

Willis Bermuda, a segment of Willis Towers Watson, has appointed Kirsten Beasley as senior vice president of its healthcare team.

In this role, Beasley has operational and managerial oversight of the healthcare unit and report to Paul Scope, chairman of Willis Bermuda.

Beasley has over 15 years of experience within the healthcare industry and insurance market.

Prior to Willis Bermuda, Beasley served as chief operating officer at Allied World Assurance Company and senior vice president, medical practice lead for its North America office.

Former roles within Allied World included oversight of its European and Asia-Pacific healthcare teams.

Before joining Allied World, she worked at a large multi-national broking firm servicing casualty and healthcare clients.

“Kirsten has been a respected figure within the Healthcare community for over 15 years and she brings with her a depth of experience and technical knowledge,” said Scope.

“Kirsten’s addition to our team showcases our investment in providing top level service to our clients and serves to reinforce our continued commitment to the Bermuda market.”
