JLT Towers Re hires specialty SVP on the West coast

JLT Towers has announced that Elizabeth Kernan will join the company as senior vice president in its specialty practice based in San Francisco.

Alastair Speare-Cole, co-CEO of JLT Towers Re, says, “Elizabeth brings great energy and expertise to solve client challenges. Her capability in the medical professional lines is well regarded in the market, and having played a key role in building a small reinsurance intermediary, she embodies the entrepreneurial client-first attitude of JLT Towers Re.”

Prior to JLT Towers Re Elizabeth was principal of ReSource Re, an Integro company. She was responsible for the management and placement of her diverse client base, which include insurance companies, mutual companies, risk retention groups and captives specializing in medical malpractice, property, worker’s compensation and liability as well as cultivating new client prospects.
